Love and gratitude

Shree Mohanji

Enjoy reading these three beautiful expressions of gratitude from our Mohanji family members. Mohanji says his presence is always with us, but we are not always aware of it. These experiences show us yet again that when the yearning is true, he makes sure that his love and grace is felt by us.

Jameela Jeyaraj, India

When I dived into an abyss of darkness and sadness a year back, my friend Mala insisted that I read about Mohanji and gifted me the Power of Purity book.  One look into the extremely powerful eyes of Mohanji on the cover of the book, and time just stood still.

While reading the book, curiously I tried out the Power of Purity meditation, and amazingly, Mohanji’s divine soulful voice transported me into a world of absolute silence and peace.  I love the meditation so much, I practice it often. Through the meditation, I have learned to bless all, people I love and those whom I thought I hated.

Through the Power of Purity meditation, I have learned to evolve to a higher frequency. It also kindles me into the path of spiritualism. Today, I have only expressions of gratitude and gratefulness to my greatest Master, Mohanji.  Without doubt, I am so blessed. I place my koti pranams at Mohanji’s lotus feet.

“Gratitude.Grace. Growth. They are all related and interconnected. Gratitude ensures Grace. Grace ensures Growth. These three aspects deliver LOVE, LIFE and GODLINESS in us.” – Mohanji

On Thursday, April 9 2020, I was sitting with my tablet muted ready to begin the morning’s 7 am chanting with Eric and Cini, here in Victoria. Sara Sydney joined us this morning.

My phone was sitting on my left, a foot or more away, face up black screen when I saw the screen flash. I had not touched it since signing into the Zoom session. What appeared was a photo of Mohanji and Sai Baba. Two photos superimposed on each other.

Sai was in profile facing right in the foreground. Mohanji was in the background facing forward. They were both wearing headscarves of deep blue and the background was a deeper blue, almost purple.

It stayed on my screen but was gone when we finished the Gayatri Mantra chanting and I cannot find it anywhere in my history on the phone.

What I do have is a deep sense of peace and well-being as it should be with the world, and a strong heart presence of both Mohanji and Sai in my life, with us as we chanted. The beautifully vivid image is stored in my heart.

Jai Mohanji! Jai Sai Baba! With love, awe, and gratitude.

Pravin Thakkar, UK

I am always with you – these are the words we hear time and again from our beloved Mohanji. It was my 70th birthday on the 17th of November. During the whole day, I felt that I really needed to talk to Mohanji and receive his blessings, but for some reason I did not have the courage to either message him or call him.

On the 19th, I read on the Mohanji UK Facebook page that there had been a Mohanji Acharya programme held on the 17th, on the same day as my milestone birthday. It was at the request of a Mohanji family member who wanted to celebrate her birthday and also wanted her friends and relatives to experience Mohanji’s presence and energy through the Acharya programme. At the cake cutting ceremony, Mohanji Acharya Subhasree played a recorded voice message from Mohanji, blessing this lady on her birthday.

I read this on Tuesday night before I went to sleep. Early Wednesday morning, I had a beautiful experience. I am not sure whether I was in a dream state or awake, but Mohanji was speaking to me, and telling me that on my birthday he called me many times to bless me but did not get reply on my mobile phone, neither could he leave a voice message for me with a blessing (I had blocked my voice message). My wish to have Mohanji’s blessings was fulfilled so beautifully.

Once again, I am reminding myself of the need for constantly becoming aware of the countless little pesky flaws in my nature that stand in the way of making my inner aspirations more sincere, true, and complete.

I feel immensely grateful to our ever compassionate Father, Mohanji. My humble prostrations at your lotus feet.

gratitude1

Kalpataru Series – A wish to attend the Global Summit

group1 global summit

by Aditya Nagpal, India

Recently, I took part in the Mohanji Foundation (MF) Global Summit in Sri Lanka as the India Head. I really feel blessed to have gotten this opportunity to represent MF India at the Global Summit, and it was all due to Mohanji’s grace. I would like to share my experience, an incident at work, which made it very easy for me to go to Sri Lanka.

I work in the corporate sector and getting holidays for anything is a big deal. You need to have a valid reason if you want to take a long holiday. Last year, I had already taken many holidays and applying for more seemed next to impossible. In November, our CEO Madhusudhan called me and said that I will be heading Mohanji Foundation India and I will have to go to Sri Lanka for the Global Summit.

Mohanji1

I accepted the responsibility immediately but the thing that struck my mind was getting holidays for it as I had already taken a long holiday for the Kriya Intensive program in December 2019. I did not know how to get more holidays as it could make a negative impact on my reputation in the company. So I was a little worried about it, but I had a strong desire to go to Sri Lanka with Mohanji. The time to go to Sri Lanka was approaching fast and I had not even applied for my holidays. I had no ‘valid’ reason to apply. So I just surrendered it to Mohanji and here is how it was taken care of.

I am currently working at my Client’s location. My Parent Company has deployed me there. Three days before going to Sri Lanka, my Parent Company manager called me. I was concerned that it could be about my holidays as I had taken too many. I entered my manager’s room a little worried, but here is what he said, “I wanted to talk to you for the last few days. I would like to tell you that our Client is highly impressed by your performance and they want to take you as their permanent employee. Are you ok with that?”

I could not believe what he said, this was an absolute miracle. I was worried about taking holidays and now I would not only be able to take holidays, but I would move to a bigger company with a higher salary. There was a deal between my Parent Company and the Client that at the end of the project, the Client Company would take the best amongst all the employees deployed there. With Mohanji’s grace, I turned out to be the best amongst everyone. I knew that it was all a divine play of our Master. He arranged this for me.

Our Master will arrange everything for us at the right time, when we are ready. All we need is a strong connection with him. He will send us to the right places at the right time. He knows what is best for us. All we need to do is surrender everything at his lotus feet because he really will take care of everything. When he says, “I am walking with you and protecting you”, he really means it. Blessed are we to be in his Consciousness. Let’s forget our personal egos and work together to spread his mission as much as we can.

Eternal Grace

Mohanji in BAdri

Travel with Sonia Gandhi on a magical pilgrimage, where Grace showers her with the fulfilment of her smallest desires.

By Sonia Gandhi

It was only by Mohanji’s grace that the Badrinath-Kedarnath trip happened for me in September 2018.

Flashback to March 2018: On the last day of the Machu Picchu trip, I had this weird dream early in the morning, where I saw Mohanji going away from me. I was a bit disturbed by this dream and ended up speaking to Mohanji and requesting him never to leave me.

He said to me, “I’ll never leave you.” Then after a pause, he said, “Come to Badrinath.

With my eyes wide open, I was thinking, ‘How will I manage this?’ I had just taken 15 days off work to come to Machu Picchu, and I was about to change jobs. I did not think that I would have enough leave left to travel again in September, as I was to join my new job in June.

Fast forward to August 2018: My boss approved my leave as it was the start of the financial year for us. However, I had to work from India for a few days to enable me to travel during the weekend. Since I live out of India, a trip to India was an opportunity to meet my family as well. I thought there would be nothing better than getting my whole family together on the Badrinath-Kedarnath pilgrimage. As my mom was a bit low (following my Dad’s passing away), this would be a good change for her and we could all spend time together at a holy place, in the presence of Mohanji.

It so happened that seven members of our family were part of a group of 33 to Badrinath and Kedarnath, beautifully managed by Mamuji, Preeti Velekar & all the lovely volunteers! It was a joyous journey and full of unexpected events, as you will read.

Our family got lucky and were able to attend the public Satsang that happened in Rishikesh, the very day we reached Haridwar. (The towns of Haridwar and Rishikesh are at a distance of approximately 25km from each other- Ed.) We spent time in the bus singing and chanting in bliss, although we were stuck in traffic for a while and thought we would be late.

As the bus stopped and I stepped down, the first thing I saw was Mohanji, who was stepping out of his car at the exact same time! We rushed to meet him, filled with so much joy at seeing him and taking his blessings. It’s always special meeting Mohanji although we know he is always with us, guiding us.

The next morning was scheduled for the Homa- a ritual with offerings to a consecrated fire. This was something I had always wanted to attend, ever since I first read about a Homa in Canada in 2014, and had learnt about the amount of cleansing that had happened during that event. We were fortunate enough that Mohanji decided to do the Homa himself in Rishikesh.

Mohanji told the group that he likes to start on time, as all the deities are present, once the start time has been announced, and it is not good to make them wait.

The energy was so intense from the start. Mohanji’s face shone like the sun and the heat from the rising sun made him shine even more brightly. He did not move until the Homa was finished, which took around 4 -5 hours. The intensity of the Homa was such that the presence of Masters was strongly felt.

homa
Homa in Rishikesh

Towards the end, each of us had to offer a dry coconut to the fire, which kept burning till late night and did not easily urn into ashes. It’s unheard of that a dry coconut does not burn, with so much of ghee (clarified butter), wood etc. added to the fire as an offering. We understood that this was due to heavy karmic baggage that would not let the coconut burn!

We were also asked us to write what we would like to offer to the fire and put that paper into the burning flames, lit separately from the Homa fire, in a place a little distance from it (after the Homa was completed). Mohanji was personally standing there till everyone put their papers into the fire. Some of the papers refused to burn in the fire: yet another unheard or unseen event! The heaviness it was meant to be clearing from people was so intense, that it took ages for all the papers to burn! I have so much gratitude to our beloved Guru Mohanji, who works tirelessly and unconditionally for uplifting all beings.

We then started our journey by visiting Neem Karoli Baba’s Ashram and Shri Lahiri Mahasaya’s Ashram. Both places are very powerful with amazing energy!

While visiting Lahiri Mahasaya’s Ashram, we got a chance to go inside the cave where he did Tapas (spiritual practices that often involves a high degree of self-discipline, solitude and periods of deep meditation – Ed).

I was sitting with some other group members, in silence, in a small room, in front of the cave, waiting for the others to come out. There were a few pictures in that room, one of them was of Mahavatar Babaji. I looked at the picture and felt intense energy coming from it. I sat there silently praying to Babaji to give me a glimpse of him in a physical form. ‘I may not be eligible, but you are ever merciful. Please give me your Darshan (Divine sight)’ I thought, and cried.

I had never prayed to Mahavatar Babaji this way before, and I wasn’t sure, why I was doing it, as I am usually deeply in love with Sai Baba and believe he is my best friend, my Divine Father. I realised what the link was later while entering the Kedarnath temple.

Mohanji in Badrinath

En route to Badrinath, our group was stuck on the road due to a landslide, which is common in that region, when it rains heavily. We had to find a place to stay for the night. With Mohanji’s grace and Mamuji’s tenacity, we got two hotels to stay in, for our group.

The next day, we met the rest of the group.

I was talking to someone, sharing one of my experiences in Machu Picchu. Mohanji was talking to someone else, but he looked at me and suddenly said, “I told you to get in the bus!” I was puzzled. He said again, “I told you earlier too, to get in the bus”, and said to the person next to me, “She (me- Sonia) knows what I’m talking about, she will tell you later.

I stood there even more puzzled and started thinking about what it signified. It was only later that day that I realised what Mohanji meant. This explanation has two parts: one part that happened in Machu Picchu in March 2018, and another part in Oct 2010 in the form of a dream.

I will narrate the dream first. In Oct 2010, before I physically met Mohanji, Sai Baba had been my best friend and protector. While I was going through a tough phase in my life, I saw this vivid dream at about 3.00 am.

In the dream, someone was harassing me and I was asking this person to let me go. Suddenly my mom appeared, together with my (deceased) grandparents, who came to rescue me. I went with them and we were waiting for a bus. I was getting impatient in my dream, as it was taking a while for the bus to arrive, but they told me the bus would arrive soon. So it did. A white bus arrived, which had white chairs outside and inside, and all the interiors were white too.

As it seemed full from the outside, I complained that I might not get a seat, and my mom said, ‘You will get one, don’t worry, get into the bus’.

A few people got off and I climbed up the steps of the bus. I looked at the driver’s side of the bus and the driver was wearing white clothes too, with a white turban. As I looked at the driver, he turned his head and looked at me – it was Baba! My beloved Sai Baba!

At this point, I woke up, with so much joy in my heart and went to Baba’s picture to talk to him, and saw him smiling in his full glory that made my heart expand so much, during those tough days.

Now to March 2018, Machu Picchu:

While walking near our hotel in Machu Picchu, Mohanji, who was ahead of me with some others, suddenly turned around and asked me to go and click the picture of a bus!

This was a bus that looked like a toy bus, which was on a small bridge, in the small town of Machu Picchu. I rushed to the bus, clicked a picture quickly and returned, but he pointed again, and said, “You didn’t click it properly- go and do it again.

So I went again, knowing in my heart that I had rushed it. Later on, when I saw the picture, it had four dogs with the bus, which were missing in the first picture.

Bus
The Bus with the four dogs

Four dogs represent the four Vedas and are always seen in representations of Lord Dattatreya.

So this is what Mohanji was asking me to do: to “Get in the bus”, i.e. to completely surrender my words, thoughts and actions, to the Tradition and let them take care of my journey onward. This was such a beautiful message, in the most subtle way linking the dots from 2010 to March 2018 and finally to Badri-Kedar in Sept 2018!

I felt so sad for taking so much time to understand Mohanji’s message. I surrender to him to give me Buddhi (intelligence) to understand the message, quicker.

Yes, I believe that Mohanji knows the past, present and future, and can see things which we fail to see with our human minds and limited awareness.

Back on the road, while waiting for the roads to clear, we were enjoying Mohanji’s company. We started singing, and I took up the song that goes: Om Jai Sainath, Jai Sainath, Aadi na anth tumhara, tumhe shraddha naman hamara, Dharti par rahkar prabhu tumne tan ambar tak vistaara. Translated, this means: O beloved Sai, there is no beginning and no end to you! I bow down to you with faith. Living on Earth, you have expanded into the Sky and beyond!

The roads did not open that day and a few members left on foot to walk towards Badrinath, while the rest of us decided to stay back. My mother was with us, so all our family decided to stay back.

We had a beautiful satsang that evening, with Mohanji talking about the manifest and the un-manifested universe, and many other deeper topics. I was not feeling well but attended the satsang as it always lifts my spirits.

The next day we started our journey again, as we were told that the roads would be open that day.

We packed our bags and were on the road again, but we had to stop on the way as they were sending traffic through from another side, before letting us go up. While we were waiting, there was a beautiful waterfall next to where we had stopped. After spending some time with the group, I decided to go up by myself near the source of the waterfall where I sat down to do my Kriya practice. Within 7-8 minutes of Kriya, I felt expanded.

Suddenly, I saw myself inside Mohanji’s consciousness. I became part of him and I could see myself expanded to the extent that everywhere I looked, everything was Mohanji: not just the earth plane, but outside too – the manifest and un-manifested Universe. It is hard to explain, but there was no sense of ‘I’, as I became part of him and part of the Universe.

He made me experience the expansion I sang for him just the day before and that he had talked about in Satsang the evening before! This little mind is not capable of knowing how Masters operate, but I believe that it was through sheer Grace that I was able to experience this.

Then suddenly, someone came up to take my picture and I came back to normal consciousness, and back onto the rock that I was sitting on. I went down to the road after a while and was told that Mohanji was asking about me.

I went to see him and offered my pranaams (salutations), and he enquired, “Ah! Sonia Gandhi! Where were you?” I said ‘Father I went up near the waterfall’ to which he replied, “Yes! I know! I was there, I came to meet you, but other people came. I feel shy when there are other people, so I came back, you see! I’m very shy!

What could I say to this? Our beloved Parabramha, who is One with the whole universe, after showing me the glimpse of it, says “I’m very shy!” I burst into laughter and Mohanji gave me a big smile.

I love you to eternity Mohanji! Only gratitude at your lotus feet.

We had a blissful darshan at Badrinath. The first sight itself was mesmerising, the beautiful main entry with vibrant colours. The view is a sight to behold and enough to melt the heart!

The next day, we had a dip in the hot water spring and got ready to go for a morning Darshan at the temple. If I tell you that I had no idea that it was a Narayana temple, you might laugh at me! Yes, I thought it was a Shiva temple, going by the name. I later came to know that it actually had been, until Lord Narayana came there for tapas and made it his abode.

We went inside & witnessed the whole shringar ( dressing up) of Lord Narayana. There were around 40 people in the temple. Apart from us, there was another group. We started chanting, and the other group began to respond so that they would sing one chant, and then we would sing another. I sang to my heart’s content and loved every minute of it.

After the blissful darshan, we resumed our travels and I was back in the car. We stopped at a small dhaba (roadside eatery) after a while. While we were waiting, we saw Mohanji’s car arriving. He too decided to eat at that dhaba with us. I was seated next to him with gratitude in my heart for this wonderful opportunity! I began to feel energy swirling inside me and felt my mind begin to go blank.

While eating, Mohanji said, “You know I’m eating spicy, because I’m …. cutting Karma.” I couldn’t hear the full sentence and just nodded. He said again, “Tell Kamath what I just told you.” I repeated the part sentence to Kamath who completed the sentence, ‘Cutting your Karma’. I sat there in complete shock. Within seconds, Rajesh and Sanya took the remaining spicy food from Mohanji’s plate and ate it.

Sonia
Mohanji eating spicy food at the dhaba

I just sat there in shock processing what I had just heard! How does our beloved Avadhoota in jeans work? No, the mind cannot understand his subtle ways of working.

Only gratitude & surrender.

We reached Kedarnath very late and stayed overnight in a beautiful resort.

While I was in the queue for Darshan & silently chanting, like a flash, appeared a very vibrant and young (around 16-17-year-old) yogi, coming out of the Kedarnath Temple, in just a dhoti. His appearance was similar to Mahavatar Babaji as in the portraits I had seen, and he had a very bright face. Just then, a lady behind me said something to me, and as I turned to the lady and then looked back in the yogi’s direction, he had disappeared! It was all an open area, but I could not see him anywhere!

Was it that my wish (that I made in Lahiri Mahasaya’s Ashram) was granted?

I do not know, but it was a most beautiful sight and I can only bow my head in gratitude.

As I took the first step inside the temple, something shifted inside so strongly, that I could not hold back my tears, and I actually cried out & sobbed loudly!

I felt I belonged to this place, and energy and a strong sense of love enveloped me. It felt like a homecoming after lifetimes. I was sobbing and the guards were looking worried, thinking I was getting altitude sickness and breathing heavily.

I could not really tell them that I was completely fine; it was strong energy, the connection and feeling of belonging to the place.

They left me alone in one corner for a while, and I ended up standing sobbing there for almost 15 minutes with so much bliss & love that my heart could not contain it! So I was standing there in the inner sanctum without being disturbed for almost 10 minutes and was able to offer my prayers and gratitude, whilst others were hurried out of the sanctum.

The next morning, Mohanji was talking to someone about the Kumbh Mela and its significance, while I was standing at some distance, listening. I felt it was a message for me and it turned out that I ended up going to Kumbh in Feb 2019, which is for another blog that I am writing!

While driving back from Kedarnath, we had to stop on the way due to the road being blocked at one point in the journey. We got out of our vehicles and were taking pictures. I saw a beautiful waterfall, and my heart expanded. I started visualising the waterfall doing abhishekam (ritual pouring of water or other offerings) to Mohanji. Lo and behold, in less than 5 minutes, I saw Mohanji walking out of his car and he stood near the waterfall and I was able to capture exactly what I had visualised a few minutes previously.

Mohanji waterfall
Mohanji near the waterfall

I had no words to say anything. I just felt so blessed to have such a compassionate Father, Master, Guru and friend in the form of Mohanji in my life. He knows every wish and fulfils it without a delay if it is from the core of one’s heart.

The last day of the pilgrimage arrived all too soon, and it is always hard to bid goodbye to Mohanji. When my turn came to offer my Pranaams, I had only one question in my heart, ‘When are we meeting again, Father?’ Before I could say anything, Mohanji looked at me and asked me the very same question, “So, Sonia Gandhi, when are we meeting again?” What can I say, he knows my every thought and wish!

So I asked him, ‘Please call me to Kumbh, Father’. He gave me a big smile and said, “Come.

There are many more subtle instances that touched my heart, but it’s hard to list everything.  Yes, he knows my every little wish & fulfils it.

I have only gratitude and more gratitude to our beloved Mohanji.

An umbrella of Grace

By G Sreenivas

I wish to record the most joyful and miraculous happenings during the consecration of a Shirdi Sai temple in Pazhaya Seevaram village, Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu, which happened under the divine guidance and presence of Gurudev Mohanji himself in September 2019.

My wife and I met Mohanji in Thrissur in Dec 2018 and requested him to consecrate our Sai temple. Mohanji most readily agreed and blessed us. The construction of the temple was in its final stages but like any other project, it got delayed towards the end. Mohanji’s appointment could be got till the end of March but after that, his diary of appointments was filled up. I continued to liaise with Rajesh Kamath and Preeti Duggalji. Some people involved with the temple construction appeared to be in a hurry. But then there was no convenient date. I prayed to Mohanji and one early morning, I had a dream of receiving an email that Mohanji’s appointment could be got only in early September 2019. The reason was that some cleansing had to be done; some karma had to be worked out. I shared this dream with my wife also. When I next spoke to Rajesh Kamath, Mohanji confirmed the date as 8th Sep 2019 with a quip, “Did I not already inform him? He knows!” It was just a reiteration of the message I got in my dreams. But at that time, we never knew the import of the message.

Since we had a good six months for the consecration, it was decided to build an annexe building to the Shirdi Sai temple, consisting of two rooms, one for the priest and one for us to stay as and when we went there. The work started. Then the roller coaster of events unveiled one by one. It was, in turn, a play of light and darkness.

Temple

It so turned out that my promotion for which I was waiting for more than 3 years materialized in the 2nd week of June 2019. It was my wife’s wish to go on transfer to Bangalore and stay with her son since he was hospitalized just a few months back. But I was torn between my duty towards my ageing parents and anxiety about the future maintenance of the temple. However, we had prayed to Shirdi Sai and gave an application for retention in Chennai with Bangalore as a 2nd choice, if the transfer was inevitable. Against all odds, I was promoted and retained in Chennai and posted to an office near my residence.

As they say, with the high comes the low. Barely a week after I assumed charge in my new post, we went to Bangalore to attend a family function. Just as the function culminated and we were looking forward to some time with our relatives, there came the bolt from the blue. Standing at the corner of a road, my son was hit by a speeding bike and had his right leg fractured. Emergency hospital admission and surgery followed within the next 24 hrs. I just kept holding on to the mental image of Mohanji and clinging to his grace to give me resilience. It was as though we had been tossed like a straw in the sea, churned by the turn of events. A week earlier, I had a strange premonition of wasteful expenditure and here it was turning out to be true. One hospital admission led to another for infection and the period of recuperation started.

It was painful to see our son suffering from severe pain and depression. But then ‘karma’ had to be worked out. Amidst the roller coaster of events, I kept my emotions at bay and clung on to ‘Mohanji Gayatri’. Due to severe water shortage in Chennai, we were compelled to keep our son in Bangalore, till he recovered. With the grace of Mohanji, we passed the storm and my son was ‘back on his feet’ literally by mid-August. Baba’s statue arrived on 25th August to the temple. I now understood the reason for Guruji’s appointment after a delay of nearly 6 months. By his grace, construction of the annexe building of the temple too was completed and lo and behold, Sep 2019 had come!

If life was churning out events in fast forward mode, Mohanji’s grace ensured that I did not falter and fall. His grace is the anchor that holds us steady even when the tide of events and happenings seek to overturn us.

On the temple construction front too, things were happening in fast forward mode. While work was getting completed, minor irritants cropped up. With the grace of Mohanji and Shirdi Sai, problems for funds miraculously got solved. But then to our shock, a person who was with us through thick and thin suddenly developed severe anger and animosity towards our family. It was personally very painful, hard and humiliating. Amidst all this misery, the only ray of happiness seemed to be the impending arrival of Mohanji for the consecration.

SAI

On 1st Sep, we met Mohanji who had come to attend a marriage in Chennai. When we showed him the picture of the statue of Shirdi Sai, he remarked that Baba was very beautiful and the statue was very powerful. This gladdened our hearts. We later expressed our anguish regarding the fall out with people close to us and Mohanji had these words “When Baba is coming, there will be great churning. People will leave us. Events will happen. But do not be rude with them. If they go, let them go, they will come back. But if you reply rudely they may never come back.” He further remarked “Do you think building a temple is a small thing? It is an event which has an impact on the whole lineage of ancestors and future generations. Even Swami Ganeshananda Giri went through so many troubles. He had to pick up the spade to do the temple work himself.” It was implied that we had to go through difficulties amidst all this and were thankful for Mohanji’s umbrella of grace.

Amidst our preoccupation with our son’s health and temple work, a proposed visit to Shirdi could not materialize. I desired to keep the temple invitation at Baba’s feet in Shirdi and implore him to ‘stay’ in my temple in ‘sookshma’ (subtle) form. It was also my desire to somehow invite Sulakhe Maharaj for the consecration. But it remained an unfulfilled wish. Just a day before the consecration, a close relative warned me that keeping a full-time priest for the temple would prove to be costly and uneconomical and I was suddenly beset with fears of sustaining the temple financially. I had no choice but to inevitably surrender at the feet of Shirdi Sai and Mohanji.

The tireless work of those around us ensured that all arrangements were in place for the consecration. Mohanji, Preethi Duggalji and yet another Swamiji had checked into a hotel in Kanchipuram, the previous day. The moment of Mohanji’s arrival had come. We were super excited as were the other ‘Mohanji brethren’ there. Mohanji was welcomed with ‘Poornakumbha’ and mala. We were desirous of doing pada puja and Mohanji very kindly consented before asking twice, “Do you surely want to do pada puja?” How could we miss such a wonderful chance! Thereafter Mohanji proceeded to do the consecration duly consulting the Brahmins there. Baba’s eyes were ‘opened’ through the prescribed rituals. A treasured moment! Mohanji then put in a bundle of money into the hundi and also directed Devadasji and others to put money in the hundi. The ceremonial fire in the Dhuni was also lit by Mohanji.

Later he asked me “Do you know why I put money in the hundi?” When I looked askance, he replied: “Don’t worry; now you will get enough money, run the temple nicely.” I understood that it was an unasked reply for the earlier day’s predicament and question. A doubt set to rest, a wish fulfilled by Mohanji. Such is his compassion and grace! My prostrations at his feet. Needless to say, since then money has been coming in various ways and through unknown sources for the development of the temple!

As we were returning after lighting the Dhuni, Mohanji casually quipped that he had got a call the previous day from Sulakhe Maharaj who was returning after doing aarati from Shirdi sanctum, and Sai baba had whispered in his ears, “Call Mohanji, call Mohanji.” When Mohanji told Sulakhe Maharaj that he was going for the consecration of a Sai temple the next day, Sulakhe Maharaj conveyed Baba’s message, “Tell him (Mohanji) that I am already there.” Such grace!

Even as I recall this incident, I get goosebumps. It just meant that Shirdi Sai was replying to my ardent prayer and also conveying the message via Sulakhe Maharaj (whom I had wished to invite) through Mohanji to me. All this without my verbally conveying to anyone! Is it not proof that my Guru, clothed in the cloak of ordinariness, is one with the Supreme Awareness, who fulfils the innermost desire of his devotees? I recall he had written in a book I had purchased “I am with you always.” So true! Only because he was ‘with’ me, he could fathom the wish in my heart and fulfil it.

Mohanji also mentioned that he was currently in Jammu (North India) and he had come all the way specifically for the function happening in South India. When I expressed my gratitude and thanked him, he said he had to come because Shirdi Sai had bid him do so and that ‘we all’ are one before the eyes of Shirdi Sai. Such humility! I can only bow before his stature.

homa

Meanwhile, Mohanji kept speaking and blessing people who paid their obeisance. His expression of giving himself totally to those around him did not change a wee bit. It was our ardent desire that our son also meet him and Mohanji had a down to earth conversation with him regarding his career and plans. Such effortless getting into the groove of another person and interacting with them as per their inclination and interest has to be seen to be believed. A chance meeting with an old friend, one Mr. Murali happened and Mohanji promised to wait till his old friend completed his meal and then recalled their association and enquired about his family member’s well-being as well. We, the members of ‘M’ family, made the most of those cherished moments, savouring his physical presence and clinging to his words.

I had intended to donate to the Mohanji Foundation as Guru Dakshina. I handed over a cheque of Rs. 50K to Preeti Duggalji in an envelope. Within 10 minutes, she returned it to me stating that Mohanji had refused to take anything from Baba’s place, i.e. Sai temple. Later, Preeti Duggalji stated that Mohanji had asked me to keep the money intended for donation for the improvement of the Sai temple.

Later, I called Preeti Duggalji to check if any extra expenses were incurred by Mohanji and the group at the hotel in Kanchipuram. I wanted the bank details to transfer the money for any expense that they may have incurred. Preeti Duggalji replied that there was no amount due and Mohanji also wanted to pay back for the room booking as he had come for Sai’s work. I was speechless. Such is Mohanji’s love for Sai. Mohanji’s humility and respect for the tradition and Sai Baba stands out through this gesture.

Mohanji does not expect or require anything from us. He willingly and lovingly stretched himself to be present for Baba’s consecration in spite of his hectic schedule and back pain. He works selflessly, supporting his devotees and goes out of his way to help in every way possible.

Words fail to express the feelings of gratitude in my heart. The praise of my Guru cannot be sung in words adequately. A stanza from Shiva Mahimna Stotra sums up my predicament.

Radha Shyam

Radha Sreenivas adds:

We are grateful to Mohanji for not only fulfilling our biggest wish, the consecration of the Baba temple, but also for the small desires, just like a father.

Whenever I listened to the Guru paduka stotram, I would mentally picture myself worshipping Mohanji’s feet and would intensely desire that it would turn out to be true.

This wish was fulfilled quite unexpectedly and I still cherish the possession of the towel with which we wiped his feet. Such was his blessing!

We cherished every moment spent with him and stuck to his physical presence all through the program and it was my secret wish to get some prasad from his hands. This was also miraculously fulfilled when Mohanji sat for lunch. I was overjoyed when he handed over a piece of laddu to me. He gave Rekha a laddu to be distributed to others. She was also given a piece of the papad that he was eating!

I felt overwhelmed when Mohanji left, as if I was bidding adieu to a near and dear one.

group

Rekha Murali narrates:

It was a double treat for the Chennai M family as Mohanji visited us on two consecutive weekends. With great excitement, our small group waited for his arrival at the temple. His beautiful smile as he greeted each one of us filled our hearts with love and we were basking in the bliss of his presence.

Just the previous week, during the marriage, I showed him the picture of the statue of Sai Baba that had arrived at the temple. He looked at it deeply for a few seconds and mentioned that Baba was beautiful and powerful.

Radha and Sreenivas were anxious to meet him and formally hand over the invitation for the consecration. When I asked Mohanji if they could come over to the wedding hall to invite him (on 1st September), he immediately replied, “This is Baba’s temple. I don’t need an invitation.”

On 8th September, severe back pain did not deter him from travelling from Jammu to Chennai for the second time followed by an hour’s travel by road to this small town near Chennai for the temple consecration.

It was a hot day and Mohanji patiently stood in the hot sun watching and participating in the proceedings. His love for Baba was visible in the manner in which he carried out the rituals. Wiping Baba’s eyes after an abhisekam and wiping his mouth very gently was a sight to behold.

He not only gifted an audumbra plant, but he also planted it himself at the side of the temple. He also spent three full hours patiently blessing each person from the village who thronged the temple. Amidst this crowd, when he spotted a young bride and groom, he ensured that they were given his card with his blessings. While blessing the crowd that fell at his feet, he spoke to every member of the M family who was present there giving all of us a patient hearing and showering us with his grace and blessings. In spite of the humidity, he kept all of us in good humour, teasing and pulling our legs. Along with this, the photo sessions were also in progress. Truly an incredible day!

In his most casual way, he heard each of our thoughts and blessed us accordingly. As Mohanji says, he was doing his job. Every small desire was fulfilled amidst the function.

I had a dream of receiving prasad from Mohanji during the havan in Kailash. Surprisingly, the Kailash water was handed over to me by Chitra Aylam during this consecration. Unassuming and casual, he saw that he gave each one what was required.

I relive that day of bliss often. For me, the statue of Sai at the temple came alive. I was in the presence of Sai, a walking, talking, hugging and loving Sai Mohana!

Guru Mohana Raksha Homa

homa1

Bhavani Nair and Ami Hughes share with us their experiences on the power of the Guru Mohana Raksha Homa being conducted regularly by our dear Mahesh Bhalerao at the Ashram in Canada! Distance is never a constraint and all that is required is pure intent!

By Bhavani Nair, USA

Lately, I have been going through a difficult process of churning and accepting life events and situations that are flowing in my direction. I recently became a Mohanji Acharya, we moved to a new home, and I even received a new name! All these brought in energies that were welcoming, confusing and overwhelming all at once! With so many changes, it was hard to find some stable ground under my own two feet, but my faith and belief in Father (Mohanji) has been my anchor. I believe he is the best anchor one can have in a lifetime, and having had so many situations thrown at me at once, I wondered how and where I got the energy to handle everything so effortlessly?

A little bit of background on the situation here. At our Acharya training, we were advised by Mohanji that we should all support the Canada ashram in whatever way we can. I took it upon myself as a sankalpa (intention) that I should contribute something to the ashram for some time since we had received so much love, care, laughter and comfort of a home there. During this time, the news about a homa came out from the Canada team. I didn’t think much about it at that time since I was content with everything in my life and the recent homa conducted at the Kailash Mansarovar yatra; although thousands of miles apart, I felt the energies of it here in the USA. But I guess the higher powers wanted me to go ahead with the homa that was being offered in Canada. A couple of days into the announcement, I was asked by another devotee in the USA to participate in the upcoming homa and help the ashram. Once again, I didn’t feel the push, but something made me contact the team to let me participate since I was donating to the temple anyway. I requested them and was advised they will take care of everything and all I had to do was provide them with some information from my end. I wasn’t too sure about what to tell them, so I left the question for some time.

A couple of weeks went by and I saw someone post pictures of the homa done in Canada on a Whatsapp chat, and it occurred to me that I never followed up with the team. So, on the same day, I contacted Mahesh Bhai and he told me that he can do it on the following day. I told him that wasn’t going to work because we were going through the Pitru Paksha period (honouring one’s ancestors), and it wasn’t an auspicious time to do anything related to purchasing anything new, starting something long term or conducting any poojas. So, I requested him to perform the homa during Navratri (nine nights of celebrating the Goddess) time and Chitra Nakshatra (birth star of Lord Sripada Srivallabha). He advised me that the day I requested wasn’t possible since he was conducting prayers in his home but told me not to worry as he will conduct it sometime during Navratri and will text me the night before. I was okay with that since any day during Mother’s Navratri is auspicious. By this time, I decided that I wanted the homa conducted for my children since they were enrolled in a new school and could use the extra blessings.

As Navratri rolled in, we conducted a little housewarming prayer in our home to bring in the auspiciousness of Mother’s energy. The following morning, I woke up feeling very drained and with muscle ache. These things usually happen when one is about to get sick. I took it as a cleansing from the puja the day earlier and the energy of Mother Goddess working on subtle levels. Feeling drained and exhausted physically, I felt completely disconnected from everyone at home and on social media. My thoughts were to completely disconnect and just be with myself. Finally, on Thursday, October 3, 2019, the negativity took a turn for the worse and I felt completely unworthy, jealous, not good enough and all the comparisons that can happen in one’s mind came up. I knew deep down this was my mind’s play and being aware of this made the process easier. Despite feeling negative emotions, a wonderful awareness flowed within my consciousness. I realized that everything that has happened in my life thus far since meeting Mohanji has been done only by him. All the doubts, pain, pleasure, happiness, love, envy, shortcomings, anger were created by him to help me grow. If he gave me anger, he also provided the solution. He brought obstacles, but also brought in new ways of thinking. He brought confusion, only to resolve something that needed to get resolved. It truly felt like I was being given a window to glimpse that it was him all along and I just needed to be here in full awareness to experience and move along in my progression.

After this feeling, I thanked him for letting me get a peek into something that cannot be perceived with the naked eyes but can only be felt by grace. In the evening, as we started Mohanji’s aarati, I got really upset at my daughter for something very silly. The root cause was once again a feeling of not being worthy or smart enough. Since childhood, I have always felt that I wasn’t the brightest child. I had to work extra hard to earn everything, and that pattern extended into every aspect of my life. I always watched my friends and family in awe at how things worked out for them without even giving too much effort. But later in my life I realized, my mind was never attuned to the material way of life, it flourished in connecting to the divine and in that I realized my strength. Later, self-acceptance came with Mohanji’s teachings. So, as my anger took a turn, I started crying for no apparent reason; all while Mohanji’s aarati was in process. My little daughter came and sat on my lap to help me calm down. The older daughter, after being yelled at, also came to console me. Looking back, what I felt at that moment was Baba’s love, which has the energy to pierce one’s heart center and brings forth pain that needs to get resolved. I had experienced this pain during the Pran Prathishta (energizing the Idol) of the Sai Baba idol in 2018. This pain has the healing power which can only be felt after it has cleared all that wasn’t necessary. That night, after the big sob, I was drained and went to bed.

The next morning, I woke up knowing I had dreamt about Baba, Mahesh, and the others, but wasn’t sure about the content of the dream. I made a mental note to text Mahesh about the homa since Navratri was almost over, and I had not heard anything from him. As with kids, chores took over and I completely forgot about the dream I had earlier. Later in the morning, I received a text in a local girl chat that there was a homa done in Canada for Jaya and family. Upon glancing at this message, I texted Mahesh right away and informed him that I saw him in my dream and wanted to know about the date of the homa. He texted me back, “You were informed that homa was done successfully in your dream.” I thought, “Does this man always joke and talk in riddles?” Then he told me the homa was conducted yesterday on Thursday, October 3, but since it was a busy day at the ashram, he had forgotten to text me. Along with that message, he sent me some pictures as well. As I glanced through the pictures, I could see Mohanji’s presence in the fire pit and realized that the homa was done during his birth star. After receiving this news, everything that had happened in the last few days made sense to me. I was asked to share this experience with others to show the Guru’s leela (play). However, I felt too disconnected from social media, and I felt vulnerable to share my emotions, but I informed Mahesh that if Mohanji wishes, I will certainly do so. Later that evening, while cleaning I sensed my heart center expanding and getting warm. I have Mohanji’s picture in my kitchen and felt him telling me to share with others as our Tradition encourages us to share these magical experiences to strengthen our faith and belief in the Guru.

The homa which I thought was just meant for my children, brought blessings to my whole family. It was later revealed by the Canada team that they will be naming the homa Guru Mohana Raksha Homa (Mohanji’s Protection Homa). I had no idea that I had signed up for such an auspicious event. In hindsight, it was for the best since my mind is too active and would have conjured up unnecessary things and that would have blocked the natural course of events to take place. Once again, it was all under the guidance of Mohanji and all I had to do was just be present and listen to my inner voice. I am grateful to the Canada team for helping us despite their struggles. It has been a great honour to be part of their journey since the commencement of the Ashram. Thank you Mohanji, for making all this happen even without myself being aware as you are omnipresent and know what is best for each one of us. All we need to do is follow our inner voice and let him do the rest.

Jai Mohanji, and Jai Gurudev Datta.

Bhavani

By Ami Hughes, South Africa

It was about a week to go to the Mohanji Acharya Training – Level 1 in Andrevlje, Serbia, and I was exceedingly blessed to be able to attend it for a second time as a refresher. Well not only that, I was miraculously able to attend the ‘Ignite Your Inner Flame’ retreat with Mohanji in Mt. Kopaonik – on the heels of the Acharya Training as well. Just how cool is that!

I couldn’t believe how effortlessly all the arrangements fell into place, including the worrisome matter of leave from work. That too worked out – albeit not without a few anxious moments initially. I was agog. Talk about Guru’s Grace. It was amply evident.

The timing of the Guru Mohana Raksha Homa was also almost on cue. I was consumed by this … er … ‘little’ matter of internal/external purification before I left for the Balkan country. I wanted my entire being to be cleansed in the sacred homa – the blazing fire of Shiva – so that I went to the Balkans empty of all mind/matter/ego concepts.

Mahesh Bhalerao, who conducts the homas at Datta Tapovan in Canada, was quite amused when I asked whether a little bronze figurine – representing this lower self with its associated bindings and limiting concepts could be offered into the fire for annihilation.

My flight out was set for Saturday, 13 Oct 2019, and I was hoping the homa would be done on Guru Day – on a Thursday before I travelled. However, Mahesh said it would possibly be held on Saturday, not ideal for me because of international travel. OK, then Saturday it is, I said to myself. My husband and sister-in-law were also included in the family homa. Five other families were also participating.

So on Thursday then, from around 18:15 ish local time, I started feeling very irritable. My body began to experience inexplicable weird sensations. My legs, especially the right began to feel strangely numb. I did not know where to place my body, nor what to do with it. The irritation level heightened. I felt IRRITATED with everything … with myself … my life … with just about everything. On some abstract level, I felt a little alarmed wondering what was happening to me! Then a flash of that light-bulb moment! The Guru Mohana Raksha Homa was taking place. I was in the throes of deep cleaning and purification. The homa was being conducted in Canada and I was feeling its powerful effects continents and oceans away!

Now I was in full ‘Awareness’ mode and began to accept and flow through whatever was happening. I was in no doubt that what I was feeling was due to the homa. Some 45 minutes later, my body began to be softly blanketed in an unusual calmness – a kind of ‘suspended’ stillness. I felt distanced from the room I was in and everything in it. I recognised a feeling of energy expansion. It began to surge, almost comfortingly through to my head, hands, and palms. The gentle fire moved to the centre of my chest and it got stronger. Then the heat intensified as it moved to my spine and the back of my chest. By this time I was almost in an altered state – but in full awareness.

I realised something. In that blessed state, ‘I’ knew I could heal as the fire was that of potent Life. This beautiful blanket of fire was powerful. I automatically extended my hands out, holding my palms in blessing … intending with all my heart for the magnificence of the energy flooding and flowing through me to reverently touch my beloved Master Mohanji and his family, in the deepest love and gratitude, to Mother Earth … to all elemental life, the animals, the atoms and cells of my bodies to everything, to all life, including my husband and family, and our ancestors and lineages.

This went on for quite a while. I was in the holy arms of the divine, in the universal flow, that state of Beingness without comparison called Love. Gradually as the ‘gentle powerful’ fire began to ease, I became more aware of my physical body and immediate surroundings. Yes, the Guru Mohana Raksha Homa had indeed taken place. Mahesh only confirmed this much later on. By then I needed no confirmation. I had already had the most tangible, powerful experiences of purification, transcendence and healing, and found it to be pure and transcendent love.

Dear Mahesh, thank you for facilitating and conducting the homa. May the grace of the Guru empower and bless you always.

How do I feel now?

I feel gratitude for the unforgettable experience, and a sense of deep purification, increasing stillness within, more expansion into love, which personally translates into alignment with the Source. This is what Mohanji has done for me. It is called Guru Raksha – being constantly under the powerful radiance and protection of the Guru or Master; and I need no convincing that Mohanji whom I consider my Spiritual Father and the pure essence of the eternally flowing river of brilliant golden light, is always with me.

To you Mohanji, all praise, all gratitude, all thanks and love.

  Ami

Dreams of reality

Mohanji 8

Four powerful dreams are presented here which show how Mohanji does not need his physical body to connect with people, heal, assist or convey messages. Read on and relive the experiences of Jyoti Bahl, Shyama, Deloshni, and Pramod.

A dream or not a dream!

by Jyoti Bahl, India

Jai Mohanji!

I would like to share with you an amazing experience that happened recently.

One of Mohanji’s devotees, Harmeet, messaged me that her friend had hurt her toe against the bed and that her condition was really bad. She asked me to pray for her friend and to send healing prayer. As I am not into healing, I just closed my eyes for two minutes and prayed to Sai Baba and Mohanji. I just said, “I don’t know anything, I can only pray in this situation. This is the best thing that I could do for her. She’s in pain right now. So be with her.” After this, there was nothing in my mind. The next morning I was watching a video sent by someone about Shirdi Sai Baba. The message in the video was that without a guru, you can’t reach Baba Sai. So I listened to that video and I had a nap.

Mila

I had a dream. In that dream, I saw Mohanji sitting in front of me and I could see that a satsang was happening. Mila was playing around and so many activities were taking place in the form of a satsang. Mohanji was sitting in the center, and people were singing bhajans. After some time, I saw Mohanji sitting near me and I was pressing his feet. This seemed so real, that even now I can feel his feet. I was pressing his feet and suddenly he showed his two toes to me, which were totally swollen and covered in blood. I asked Mohanji what it was as I was not happy to see him in this condition. Mohanji shared that he had taken on a devotee’s pain and that only I would be able to heal this. I was surprised as to why Mohanji was saying, “Only you’re going to heal this!” I’m not a healer. I’m nothing actually, I’m a big zero. Soon this dream got over. On waking up from the dream, I was thinking, “What is this Mohanji, I didn’t understand this dream?

Mohanji 3

Then I started with my daily routine activities. Around two o’clock in the afternoon, I just sat in my puja room. Suddenly this revelation came to my mind. Oh my God! Mohanji had taken on himself the pain of the lady for whom I’d prayed yesterday. So I immediately called Harmeet who had asked me to pray for this lady. Harmeet had sent me the picture of one toe that was hurt the previous day. I didn’t know that two of her toes were hurt. So when I called Harmeet, she told me, “Di, her two toes are much better now and the doctors having ruled out a fracture, have tied her two toes together.”

I was taken aback! Mohanji had also shown me two toes. This is what he had done. I don’t have words to express as this is how a Master works.

Mohanji’s affirmation for protection

 By Shyama Jeyaseelan, UK

Being a part of the recent Mohanji Acharya training in Serbia was a blessing and a privilege. The training was intense and comprehensive with everyone learning so much from Mohanji.

Mohanji 2

One of the presentations that showed me a glimpse of how Mohanji works beyond the comprehension of my mind was Ivana’s presentation on Mohanji Transformation Method. It really was amazing and made me think of things that I’m not normally aware of. Negative energies and entities exist and can affect us, whether we believe in it or not. As we were leaving the hall, somebody said, have sweet dreams tonight. I laughed and agreed. Then before going to bed, I wished Mina who was sharing a room with me, sweet dreams of Mohanji and golden light and she gently said, “Wish you the same.

Mohanji light

I don’t have dreams very often but had one that night. Mohanji was in a satsang hall and I was somewhere outside the hall doing some work. Suddenly I heard Mohanji say very loudly and sternly so I could hear this outside the hall, “Those who don’t belong here can leave.” Initially, I thought he was referring to someone in the hall. Suddenly I felt something pulling the shawl of my dress. Realising something was not right, I started running towards Mohanji and the hall, calling Mohanji’s name repeatedly. The unseen force that was pulling my clothing was strong, as I was trying to hold on to it. Suddenly I felt Mohanji say, “Let go of it,” as I was running towards him. As I run, the shawl vanishes. Calling his name I woke up, it was a few minutes after midnight. I remembered Mohanji saying negative energies are at their strongest from midnight to 3 am.

Although quite shaken, I realised the power of protection from Mohanji, of connecting to him and chanting his name. I’m guided to say these positive affirmations in my mind.

I’m Mohanji’s beacon of light.

I belong to the White Tradition.

I’m here to add value to society.

I’m filled with love, compassion, and light.

I’m merged in Mohanji’s golden light.

As I said these repeatedly, I calmed down. I’m eternally grateful for Mohanji’s protection in all states of my existence (waking, dreaming, and deep sleep). I know he’s holding my hands and will never let go, taking care of me with so much love. Just as I started to type this experience to share with the others in the Acharya group (I couldn’t go back to sleep), Sanjay Bhai from Canada shared this picture with me. I really wanted something tangible for comfort and I received a wonderful sign from Mohanji to confirm he’s always there. Thank you Mohanji for the wonderful timing in sending me this beautiful picture of Sai.

Sai

Two days later, during the training one morning, Mohanji gave us all the affirmation for protection to chant in the morning, night and when needed. I was amazed to see the similarities between the affirmation and what Mohanji had guided me to say when I woke up from my dream. I am deeply grateful for the love and connection I experience with Mohanji, it’s his grace and blessings that we think of him at all. Dearest Mohanji, I remain in gratitude, humility, and surrender at your feet.

Dreams of purpose

By Deloshni Govender, South Africa

During the recent year or two, I have not had such deep yearning to be in Mohanji’s physical presence like I used to when I first met him. I am ecstatic if I can see him in person but if this doesn’t happen, I don’t have any regret or unfulfilled wishes. I feel him with me always.

This time when I left the Acharya training, I was the only one from South Africa who was not staying for the retreat and there was just this tiny part of me that wished I could have stayed. I didn’t give this too much attention because I was more than happy with the time spent with him.

Mji9

Yesterday around 3 am, I had a vivid dream. I was still in Serbia and I was leaving a remote venue with a few people. We were in a taxi leaving for the airport. I was in the front passenger seat. I know this was Serbia because the driver’s seat was on the left and I sat on the right. Had this been a creation of my subconscious surely the driver’s seat would be on the right like it is in SA (which is what I am used to).

I see Mohanji in white approaching the car, so I exit to give him a seat. He sat in the front passenger seat and I then went to the seat behind him. As I sat, he gripped my left ankle and I was shocked. I told him that he can’t touch my feet as he is my Guru but he said that he was removing something.

The next thing I remember is that I was at the airport. The dream continued with me missing my flight for some reason, paying for new tickets and getting lost. No one would help me.

I feel strongly that he showed me what he prevented me from experiencing had I stayed on longer in Serbia. He clearly also removed something from me during that dream. Maybe it was that tiny desire to stay on longer? He has shown me with this dream that he allowed me to stay for the retreat because I had this dream after the retreat had just ended.

Since returning from the training, I have seen even more tangible signs of how hard he is constantly working on us.

Eternal gratitude at the feet of Mohanji and the Guru Mandala for all they do for us…Protecting us during times when we must go through experiences, removing experiences which can be karmically removed and supporting us unconditionally through it all.

No matter what experiences life may have for me in the future, I have no fear because I know that my Master is already there.

Blessings from the Master

By Pramod Nair, UK

On 5th October 2019, I had a beautiful dream where I saw that I was with Mohanji.

Mohanji was dressed in a white kurta and mundu. I was so excited to be with him. I was just walking behind him. My excitement was like a child who got to see his father after a long gap. Like a bee hovering over the beautiful flower, I was just by Mohanji.

Mohanji was smiling and looked very happy. Mohanji suddenly turned and looked at me and said “Pramod! By the way, my work on this earth plane has begun. People will soon know my intention and purpose. We have a lot of good things to do before we leave this earth. After the project takes off, it will be on autopilot mode, there will be chosen ones who will steer it. The rest will be taken care of. I will then go into silence.

”But Deva what about me?” I quipped.

You do not worry, be assured I am always with you. Blessings and keep smiling.

When I woke up I knew it was a wonderful experience, as I could recap everything very clearly. It was not just a dream to forget. It was a message by Mohanji about his work for everyone on the earth plane, not only for me but for others who love him and also for those who have not met him physically.

Love and Pranaams at his lotus feet.

A Dream of Blessings

Mohanji_blessing_at Manasarovar

By Rekha Murali, Chennai, India

On 11th August, when Mohanji was in Manasarovar, it was unbearably hot in Chennai. I read Chapter 4 of Sripada Srivallabha Charitaamrutam and drifted off to sleep. During that short nap, I had a dream. In that dream, Murali (my husband) and I are at the Sripada Srivallabha temple. I suddenly see Deviji and then immediately look for Mohanji. He sees me, l take off my slippers and run to Him. He was wearing white. He blesses me, gives me a prasad made of banana and jaggery. He offers another prasad that appears like ghee (clarified butter), asks me to eat it and then gives me a few drops of milk – yet another prasad. All the prasad that I receive are normally given in temples in South India, particularly Kerala. Immediately, in a small copper vessel with a snout, He offers water (tirth). He then pours a little water on the vibhuti in my hand and asks me to put it in my mouth. He chants something and explains the meaning in Malayalam. I don’t understand the language and I ask Him repeatedly to say it in English. He struggles to do it. I am surprised and I ask Him the reason for His struggle with English. I hold His right hand. He looks at me, doesn’t say anything but continues to explain in Malayalam. I try to clarify a few words in English. He nods. (I don’t remember anything of what He explained). I soon realise He is in an expanded state and is trying to tell me something.

I then call my husband to get prasad from Mohanji.  When my husband approaches and takes prasad, I look at the man giving prasad, it is not Mohanji. Mohanji has moved further away and my husband goes to Him. Mohanji greets him and blesses us with akshhadha (rice grains).

Towards the end of the dream, Mohanji appeared dressed in black with a black bandana on His head and looked piercingly at me with dark intense eyes. To me, this vision depicts the power of Mohanji, who is beyond forms and is the Supreme Consciousness.

This was the first time that Mohanji appeared in my dream. It was on an auspicious day, a day when our Kailash yatris were with Mohanji in Manasarovar. We received pictures from Kailash that evening and Mohanji was dressed in white! The eyes that I saw in the picture were exactly what I witnessed in my dream!

Pada Puja for Mohanji

Incidentally, with Mohanji’s blessings, on 15th August, I did visit a Datta temple (Sripada Srivallabha Anushsthan) at Gokarna, Karnataka, India that was built by Sripada Srivallabha, soon after the dream.

I have always felt disheartened when reading about the dream experiences of others and wondered why Mohanji never appears in mine. With this dream, I understand that He appears in all forms when the time is right and the connection is strong!

The following question and Mohanji’s response are very relevant here.

Q: I dreamt of you, is it possible to connect with you even through dreams?

Mohanji : So any dream;  you interpret it as you wake up, “It’s a dream, I met Mohanji,” may not be a dream. It could be a connection which we had astrally.

I feel so happy that I am connected with Mohanji’s consciousness and received His blessings in such a beautiful way. Mohanji always reaches out to each one of us, showering us with His Grace.
