Mohanji Satcharita – Chapter 7 – “New Dawn of Acceptance and Realization”

mind and silence

“Mind is the only true examination that one must pass in a lifetime. The rest are all class tests that time provides to test your strength and endurance capacity. They do not have permanent value. – Mohanji”

Featured in Mohanji Satcharita chapter 7, Suvarna Singh shares an amazing experience on how it took her a while to recognise the examination called mind that was keeping her puzzled for some time. When she crossed over this examination, she realised the grace and blessings that were there in abundance with her!

New Dawn of Acceptance and Realization

by Suvarna Singh

I write this post from the flight back to South Africa after being in India for a few days from the 5th of February 2019.

From the very beginning, this trip was very challenging for me in so many ways!  There was so much grace that allowed the whole pilgrimage to take place; otherwise, I never would have imagined being at the Kumbh Mela with Mohanji, taking dips in the Ganges (holy river), participating in a Homa (fire ritual) or being a part of satsangs.  How could I have been so blessed? Despite all the grace that poured through the entire pilgrimage, I felt very agitated, lost, hurt and angry.  There was deep pain buried within me, that leashed out as I arrived at Dubai airport after leaving Delhi.  I cried for about 20 minutes and felt tremors of hurt deep within me. Somehow in depth of the pain, I felt relieved and had a chance to reflect on my silliness about the whole situation and found temporary clarity at that moment.

Human Mind

Two thoughts were running through my mind about this journey, which I never anticipated. First, I felt the urge to go back to South Africa as soon as possible and not even be a part of the pilgrimage. Second, I realized there is much work ahead of me on this path of liberation. From my experience thus far, I know everything Mohanji does is for our best interest and growth, but even having this knowledge, didn’t make things easier for me as my ego was bruised for reasons not worth mentioning.  I questioned my place here on Earth and my self-worth. It was more of a painful realization because it was only with His grace, was I able to take part in the Kumbh Mela and visit places such as Vaishno Devi and Varanasi.

mohanji-quote-accept-yourself-the-way-you-are

Having these thoughts on my mind, I boarded the plane back to South Africa.  On the seat next to me was an elderly couple from Kerala (they reminded me of Mohanji, since He is from the same state) who needed help finding a movie in Malayalam 🙂. I helped them and later in the flight, the elderly man next to me fell asleep soundly.  At that moment, something hit me hard and I felt immense gratitude for all that I had experienced during the holy pilgrimage.  Mohanji always speaks about acceptance!  It was just a word to me but at that moment, I felt what it truly meant.  I realized the depth of the message contained in that one WORD.  When I reflected on my journey and my feelings, there was a whole lot of ‘I’, ‘me’, ‘my’ and I could hear Mohanji’s voice loudly saying: “Who is this I?”  The mind has such power to make us feel things that we try to hide or ignore. This realization triggered more emotions in me and brought up situations that I needed to become aware of.  In the end, it was all Mohanji’s grace that allowed me to know what I needed to know and when I needed to know it.  He is always there, holding my hand and guiding me.  I love you Mohanji.

Much gratitude at your lotus feet.

In this 7th Chapter of Mohanji Satcharita, we share another experience from a devotee on divine protection. At times when we are battered by the storms of life, the only anchor we can turn to is our Guru or God. When we have complete faith and devotion, His presence, guidance and grace will help us overcome the trials and tribulations of life. He will hold our hand and help us face difficulties with courage. Mageswari shares with us some of her most difficult times and how Mohanji’s love and protection helped her face and accept these situations.

In Chennai, volunteers have been conducting the Power of Purity meditation at a cancer hospital every Sunday, since July 8th, 2018. This recount is by a patient who is getting healed through the power of this meditation. Here is a translation of her audio in Tamil.

By Mageswari, Chennai, India

Namaste. My name is Mageswari and I come from Thoothukudi. I am a 40 year old cancer patient.  In 2016, I had cancer in my colon. An open surgery was carried out to remove the cancer and then a colostomy bag was placed in position. After the big operation in 2016, another big operation was done in 2017. When I went for a check-up in 2018, they told me again that there was a tumour in the lungs. Through biopsy, it was found to be a malignant tumour and they gave me chemotherapy.

Mageswari and her mother
Mageswari in meditation (in green)

One Sunday in February 2019, while on chemotherapy, I participated in Mohanji’s Power of Purity meditation. At a certain time during the meditation, He guides us to thank all the people whom we like, and also those we dislike. This helps us develop positive thinking.  At that time, I had a friend who suddenly refused to talk to me and told me that she wouldn’t come to my home anymore.  My parents felt very bad and they were wondering what to do as this person refused to come home.  I was in the hospital and my parents at home. A day after the meditation, I told my parents that God will take care.  Two days later, that person came home to talk to my parents.  I believe this happened only because of the meditation blessings.

Mohanji on thought

As I had a problem in the lungs, the doctors told me that the lungs had developed an infection.  There was blood in my phlegm all the time.  During the meditation, I placed this request to God – that I should not get this again. Doctors were unable to diagnose why the phlegm had blood.  They did cytology tests, microbiology tests, an ultrasound scan, and a CT scan, but no report gave a proper solution.  But in prayer, when I prayed sincerely from my heart to God, to look into my health, the next day itself blood stopped coming in my phlegm.  I am healthy now.

The following Sunday, for the second time, when the volunteers came for the meditation, I prayed that there should be a cure for cancer. Like old times, this world should have peace and a natural situation should prevail. Just like how our grandparents led healthy lives 20 years back, the world should be free of life-threatening diseases such as cancer and AIDS. We should live together as joint families. The world should be saved from all this quickly. I have faith that my Guru will fulfill my wishes soon. Thank you. Namaste.

Mohanji Satcharita – Chapter 7 – “Conscious Dancing – A stairway to higher consciousness”

Mohanji always assures us of His presence and guidance in various ways both physically and astrally! His omnipresence can be felt through dreams, in visions, during meditations and chanting, while in the midst of a chore or an activity, during conscious walking and in almost all aspects of our lives. Shyama Jeyaseelan had a divine vision of Mohanji during Conscious Dancing. Enjoy reading about this beautiful dance and rest assured in the knowledge that He is always walking with us.

Conscious Dancing – A stairway to higher consciousness

by Shyama Jeyaseelan

Mohanji’s visit to UK in August 2018 was 12 days long, but the days flew by so quickly that it felt like 12 minutes! Every moment in Mohanji’s physical presence was truly blissful. Words cannot begin to describe how precious and cherished these days have been. Cooking some of the meals for Mohanji, doing Paada puja, having Him visit our home and seeing Him sing are some of the many joyous moments I was blessed with. Having our Deviji and sweet little Mila with us was so wonderful too and I would like to share something that happened during Conscious Dancing with Deviji at the retreat.

Devi

Conscious Dancing with Deviji is always a wonderful experience as we all know. On the day that we had Conscious Dancing, I was enjoying the music and the movements while focusing on each chakra as Deviji was instructing. As we were focusing on the spine at one point, I remembered Mohanji saying focusing on the spine helps us connect to the higher consciousness.

At that moment I had a beautiful image come to my mind. I saw a long flight of stairs where my spine was, wide at the bottom (base of the spine) and becoming narrower towards the top (top of the head), leading to a small arched doorway. Half way up the stairs, I see Mohanji climbing in orange and white robes, His left arm extended and holding my right hand. Mohanji was looking over His left shoulder at me as I was also climbing the stairs, one or two steps behind Him.

Source: Google images

That image, so full of grace and unconditional love was a beautiful assurance for me that my beloved Guru is holding my hand every step of the way to the destination this soul desires. I’m truly humbled and filled with endless gratitude to Mohanji and Deviji. Thank you so much for your presence in our lives.

“When you sit down quietly, just close your eyes and feel the spine. Automatically your consciousness, your awareness will shift to the third eye, the space between the eyebrows. This is the proof. We are going beyond the normal senses to the higher dimension. Third eye is the higher dimension, it is the pathway to the higher dimension.” Mohanji

Mohanji Satcharita – Chapter 7 – “Faith is the Key”

mohanji CK

by Olivera Miškić

In this series of Mohanji Satcharita – Chapter 7, we bring to you a powerful testimonial from the Bosnian Pyramids (2018) by Olivera Miškić.  The Bosnian Pyramids is a powerful energy center where she understood and experienced the true meaning of Faith in a Master. Just by surrendering her doubts and fears to Mohanji, she not  only fulfilled her wish of going to the Pyramids for the Kriya Intensive programme, she also fulfilled her duties towards a close relative.

Please read other testimonials from Chapter 7 of Mohanji Satcharita.

Mohanji

I had a deep call from within to go for a  Kriya Intensive programme, in particular to Visoko. I only had a chance to feel the energy of that place during an earlier visit. What a powerful place! How powerful it must be in Mohanji’s presence! I applied immediately, as soon as it was announced and I got to know of it.

However, as life would have it, unexpected things happened. The thing that was happening in my life was extremely painful, or at least my mind wanted to perceive it that way.

Long before the retreat, I found out my aunt was terminally ill from a fast-progressing lung cancer. As the time of the retreat approached, her condition was getting worse and worse. Just before the retreat, she became bedridden. That meant she needed help 24 hours a day because she couldn’t sit or get up from the wheelchair on her own.

I had only one week to find a trustworthy person who would sleep in her house, since she lived alone. Among the close relatives, I was the only one she had.

I was hectically trying to find a solution and I would start panicking with the thought  of leaving her alone and travelling to another country for 5 days.  The question if I should go or stay was burning in my head. I found a caretaker, but she left us after a few days.

The pressure in my head was getting bigger and bigger. The main question I asked myself was: “Am I a spiritual person? Why am I going to this retreat? What is real spirituality –  when you help someone who is helpless or you wish  for one more answer, one more experience to satiate the hunger and add another piece of puzzle to your spiritual journey?”

In the end, not being able to take the decision on my own, I sat one evening looking at Mohanji’s photo and completely surrendering to Him, I said quietly: “You lead me, you know better than me! Let thy will be done.”

I found a caretaker, arranged everything with my aunt’s neighbours and set off to Visoko. I was still really nervous during the journey. My brain kept questioning if my actions were right. What if they call me to say she died and I wasn’t there with her in her last moments? I was praying she would stay alive and not die while none of her close family were around, since I knew that was her last wish.

The Kriya Intensive programme started with a satsang with Mohanji who immediately asked us: “Why are you here?” I couldn’t believe it! That was the exact question I asked myself. I had goosebumps.

mohanji and olivera

As the next day arrived, I started relaxing slowly through Kriya. I surrendered to it completely. Those were really powerful group meditations. I would sometimes feel tears spontaneously flowing down my face while we were meditating. We were lucky to do Kriya in various energy spots, as well as at the Pyramids of the Sun and of Love. Each was different. As the days were passing, I was surrendering more and more. I felt the strong Yang energy of the Pyramid of the Sun, which expelled immense anger from me. I was becoming more and more aware that I was supposed to be at that place in Visoko with the Master.

Everything culminated with the one-hour meditation in the tunnels, a hidden place where no tourist had yet set a foot. We remained in complete darkness and an image from a past life flashed before my eyes. I knew it was true. At that moment, everything became clear. I understood why I kept going through this life with a certain conviction which was only doing me harm. That revelation came peacefully, with no emotions, crystal clear. This meditation was crowned with a Shaktipat in the tunnels, which was so powerful that it seemed to me I was under its influence, in complete peace, for the rest of the retreat. The fears disappeared. I simply knew that things were going exactly the way they should and my aunt would welcome me alive. I knew I had to be there in Visoko, at the Pyramids with Mohanji, and went back to Belgrade more stable, rooted in the faith in myself and in my Guru, being able to truly help her and bring a bit of light into the last days of her life. That’s how it was. Despite the painful end of her life, I said goodbye to her in peace, with prayers and mantras, fulfilling her last wishes.

shaktipat

Now that I’m writing this, my aunt is no longer in this earthly dimension, but I know with certainty, deeply rooted in peace, that I was supposed to be at the Bosnian Pyramids then, in May 2018. It was a big test of faith for me and that’s why my whole being was urging me to go to that powerful place despite all the outer obstacles, and experience a huge transformation with the strong guidance from my beloved Guru, Mohanji. Now I know that everything is possible in His presence, and that everything is happening just the way it should.

At this retreat, I truly experienced and felt in my own body the truth Mohanji keeps repeating: “Faith is the key.” I realized faith is the key which unmistakably leads us to discover not what we think we are, but who we truly are.

With deep gratitude, I deeply bow in front of Your feet.

Walking the Talk

Awakening

By Nameshri Chetty

Jai Mohanji!

The grace factor flows through so effortlessly if we allow ourselves to feel and see beyond the mind.

Our lives are filled with lots of life lessons, but along with that are the most divine experiences of the Self. I now see, feel and learn about life in ways that I (the Nameshri before meeting Mohanji) would never have fathomed. It has only been through the grace of Mohanji that I have come to start to understand or rather am starting to see the magic.

I write this as my proof that Truth is Real!

As many of you know, I have been very active in the Mohanji family for about 6+ years now and not once has Mohanji’s grace not been evident. All along, there has been one underlying trait that shows up for all those who are with Him. He truly cares and loves without limitations.

Leading up to mid-2018, my karmic experiences seemed to be on hyper-drive! Gosh, I am so serious; it’s not funny but I pulled through, leaving me with some wear and tear. Just to fill you in, my son had left to live on his own; my daughter left with her dad (taking my dogs); my helper of 17 years passed away and I sold my home, packed up a home of 15 years all by myself, all in the space of 6 months.

Many a time we see our lives unravelling before us and think “Oh my God, why is this happening, why me and what now,” but little do we understand or see the grace in those experiences. All that happens is perfectly coordinated so that we can be the best version of ourselves, always giving us opportunities to rise above and succeed.

During this time and leading up to these events, Mohanji advised me to come to India. Once all my responsibilities were complete, I packed two suitcases and left for India. Please note I had no idea where I would be staying or what I was going to do there. It was the first time I flew abroad alone. My family in Durban questioned me about where I was going to stay and what I would be doing and all I said was that it did not matter (as I knew Mohanji would not put me in a mud hut.

As I took off, en route to India, I had no expectations but had a sense of courage that this was a new journey. I was received so lovingly at the Bangalore ashram. The first few days,  okay honestly, the first week, I was a zombie,   I just ate and slept, I felt as if I was out of my body. In truth, if you had seen me then, your jaw would have dropped.  As the days went on, Mohanji advised me to rest, have no agenda and just be. He advised me not to travel or do anything that needed effort but rather to be in that sacred space. I had completely disengaged from my life in South Africa (besides my children). I was totally off the grid, as they say. Mohanji opened His home to me so that I could heal and rest. He did not ask me for anything in return and neither did any of the others; they just showered me with love. As the days went by, I began to find my flow in the house, helped out and began to be myself again.  Life seemed to go on, everything had total transparency and everyone had respect for all as there seemed to be an understanding of a family (seeing that by grace you are there). I felt at ease with a sense of peace. Even when He was not physically there, I felt no pressure to deliver (which is how we all live our lives each and every moment). There was just an abundance of compassion, love and care shown. He knew I needed a place of safety during my transition period – hence India. Mohanji had made sure that I was comfortable at any given time. Mohanji had mentioned many a time about doing things that were karmically correct. On asking what this meant, He said, “Where your mind is at ease” (I was so accustomed to saying yes even when I did not approve). He allowed me to be vulnerable and speak my Truth without judgement as I was going through different phases of life. All that I knew had once again been ripped out from under my feet; I felt totally devastated. Mohanji filled my space with understanding of my situation, empowering me to accept my situation without victim hood. I cried for many days, but that too ceased only to be replaced with laughter as Mohanji’s presence dimmed the sadness and filled it up with hope. Mohanji showed total respect for my space and my priorities. Not once was I made to feel like I was not capable or insignificant. The energy at the ashram was something that I had never experienced; there is a sense of immense gratitude and security when entering. Imagine after a long trip, having carried a heavy backpack, you reach your resting point where you can remove your baggage – “Ahhh! What a weight off your shoulders!” One can feel and sense Masters and beings around. I felt totally in the lap of the Divine, I had a knowing that all was taken care of for my highest good. I lived there without any questions, expectations or pressure; only a feeling of pure acceptance. This was from Mohanji as well as the other devotees who came and went from the ashram. None of them pried, questioned or bothered me, they allowed me to be. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable in India seeing that I was a foreigner, starting from food, shopping, entertainment, travel; in fact, it was a collaboration of all to assist me. I actually saw this trait in each individual where people got together to help each other out to get stuff done without any complaint. An example: I needed medicines for my mom who had suffered a stroke. The Mohanji family rallied together from getting a prescription to contacting a pharmacist to get it for me (definitely Mohanji’s example). Mohanji Himself called to enquire about a space at a clinic for me (now really who in today’s world would take time out to do that.) I had such profound experiences during my stay but that will be shared later.

mohanji expression

Those who know Him have heard Him say, “I take full responsibility for my people, I will not let you fall, I will not leave your hand, I walk with you. THIS IS ALL TRUE. Mohanji is always there!

In today’s world, it is very hard to find an individual who epitomizes TRUTH. What I mean is –

“MOHANJI WALKS THE TALK.”

Mohanji 1

In my small capacity, I am proof that He is unconditional beyond measure. In these times that we are living in, many a good deed goes under scrutiny, with lots of frills added but in truth it’s just being good. It took me some time to write this as feelings of grace cannot be put into words, but in saying that, I know that those reading will feel through the words. Before going to India, my faith was tested in many ways (there was lots of noise all around me and I could not feel my Truth).  I was totally depleted mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually (which Mohanji knew about), but this did not deter Him from taking care of me. Through this period of my life, I saw how many life times of karmic bindings were dissolved and how He gently made sure each individual was safe , so we can go on to our next chapter. I saw how He dissolved attachments to relationships, ideas, concepts and judgements; so that I could be free to BE ME (as He knew that I was never free). To many it would be, “Oh my gosh! How sad,” but for me, I say, “Thank you, Mohanji.” He made sure my son was working and independent; my daughter was safe, and my responsibilities dissolved; only for me to be free. Acceptance of my current space without any baggage – be it shame, regret, blame or guilt is where I am. Basically, I have no agenda but just to be! HOW AWESOME! I am still on the mend like many of us but I am definitely a lot stronger than before I went to India. I have always been a very strong individual but this life lesson literally brought me to my knees and the only person to pick me up was Mohanji!

Mere Mahadev (my Lord Shiva), I surrender graciously and humbly at Your feet as You are the beginning and end of all that is and is not.

“I glide on the breath of Your grace”

(Please note that sharing MY JOURNEY has left me vulnerable (open for anything) but the bigger picture is that if I can inspire/help or make a difference in someone else’s life, why not. Only then am I living my Guru’s teachings.)

Mohanji Satcharita – Chapter 7 – ” A story of grace”

Mohanji

Divine grace seems to be the theme for the month. In our third story of Mohanji Satcharita – Chapter 7, Sabyasachi Rath shares with us an experience that appears as a mere coincidence but is actually preordained. Mohanji, in His most casual way fulfills the desires of His devotees and safeguards them too!

Please read other stories of Mohanji Satcharita Chapter 7!

By Sabyasachi Rath

I had an unplanned visit to my dad in Cuttack who has not been keeping well. (On a side note, after a ‘box’ healing by a benevolent Mai-Tri practitioner in Virginia, his haemoglobin levels had come to near normal and my mom’s arthritis pain had receded significantly.)

I booked my tickets from Washington-Bhubaneswar (BBSR) via Delhi on the venerable Air India from Feb 15th-23rd with a faint ‘back of the mind’ realization that Mohanji’s birthday was to be celebrated in Delhi on the 23rd and I would not be able to make it due the flight schedule. The same faint ‘back of the mind’ realization had also carried a distant desire with it to hopefully attend the birthday. I had a great trip and spent quality time with my parents for a week.

On Feb 22nd, I received an email from Air India stating that my flight from BBSR to Delhi was delayed by an hour.

On Feb 23rd, with characteristic tardiness, I realized that the time to change flights was remarkably short (30 mins) and I would not be able to catch the flight to Washington. I called Air India’s customer service and had to gently guide them to give me an earlier flight. Lo and behold, they put me on a flight that arrived in Delhi at 4.20 pm. A beautiful faint hope arose in my heart that maybe I could go and attend the birthday…which was from 2-7 pm.

I arrived at BBSR airport at 1 pm to board my flight and after the check-in process, realized that they had checked me in, along with my luggage, all the way to Washington. This meant that I would not be able to get out in Delhi.

birthday poster

On reaching Delhi airport, I said to myself, to heck with the rules, I will go and be a part of the birthday celebrations. I exited myself through the domestic checkout and immigration. Surprisingly, nobody complained, my luggage was still at the airport and I was out in the city! I took a cab to the Bamyan hotel and blissfully deposited myself in the hall just before the satsang began. I soaked myself in divine bliss (to whatever extent divine bliss could soak me) and enjoyed every moment with Mohanji, touched His feet, wished Him happy birthday, got a hug – life is great!

Please listen to Mohanji’s talk on His birthday.

birthday celebration

Towards the end of the event, through a casual ‘coincidence,’ two beautiful and amazing ladies gave me a ride back to the same terminal from where I was supposed to leave for Washington. Their happy chatter kept me (and the cab driver) entertained through the trip :).

I arrived at the airport and went through the immigration and check-in process like a charm; again surprisingly, nobody had any questions and I was inside.

The boarding started at 12.45 am. When my card was scanned, it set off an alarm. One grim lady from immigration/customs came running to me, took my passport and admonished me in strict terms for going out of the airport when I was checked-in internationally, that I couldn’t go through immigration twice on the same day and threatened to ‘unload’ me from the flight. I put on my most apologetic face and kept quiet. She then conferred with the venerable crew from Air India, who remarkably said, they had no issues, since I was cleared by immigration! This wasn’t sufficient for the immigration lady, who then called in her boss. He came running in 5 minutes and sufficiently admonished me for accomplishing the improbable. I apologized for not being aware of the rules. She then called his boss, who after listening and debating whether to ‘unload’ me or not, decided that if the airline was agreeable, he would allow me to go on the flight. I was cleared (along with my luggage) to go. Yoo hoo!

“What is Grace? What has it got to do with life?

Simple answer! What has an umbrella got to do with rain! An umbrella does not stop the rain but prevents you from getting drenched.”

Check out this talk by Mohanji on Grace!

I took the flight and landed in Washington DC without any problems.

The grace that accompanied me through this trip has been immeasurable and I shall forever be grateful.

Mohanji Satcharita – Chapter 7 – “The grace of Kriya”

Mohanji Awareness

In this chapter of Mohanji Satcharita – 7, we present a heart-warming write up which shows how the Guru’s grace is at play. Various tools are available for us to connect with our beloved Guru Mohanji! The biggest and the most precious of these is Consciousness Kriya. Regular practice of Kriya helps the seeker to connect easily with the Master, bringing about a change in awareness in the way we perceive things. Thus we reap huge benefits in terms of spiritual upliftment and an enhanced lifestyle. Many so called stumbling blocks of life seem to fall into place. Read further on how Consciousness Kriya helped Kanika in her life.

The grace of Kriya

By Kanika Gupta

I live in Jammu and I am a Consciousness Kriya initiate. I was initiated by Mohanji in February 2017. However, I started practicing Kriya regularly only from April 2018.

Since then, there have been amazing changes in my life and I would like to share my experiences.

Firstly, with consistent practice, I have started becoming aware of my activities. This is a process and it continues to improve and evolve, even as I write. To give you an example, if I reprimand my child, I wonder why I do so. My thought is, “Why do you scold him? See yourself in your child!”

Another important change is that some of the misunderstandings with my in-laws have started to resolve quite easily. I have always tried to have a smooth relationship. But now with regular practice of Kriya, I notice that my in-laws take steps on their own to settle things! The atmosphere is peaceful.

Watch this video where Mohanji explains, “What is Kriya ?”

Besides, I now also follow another advice given by Guruji (Mohanji). Whenever we perform yagna / homa (sacred fire ceremony), He told me to give as ahuti ( offering) to the agni (fire) any problems or misunderstandings I might have with my in-laws. I follow Mohanji’s advice and the results are astounding. I feel so relieved!

Mohanji Homa

After practicing Kriya regularly for around 4 months, I noticed that I had some stomach irritation and did not feel like drinking tea. Hence, although I could not understand what was happening, I stopped consuming tea. It also occurred to me at that time, that I should become vegan. I have always been a vegetarian. So I have been consuming cow’s milk, ghee, curd (yogurt) and paneer (Indian cottage cheese).

Veganism – a growing trend!

In October 2018, I was fortunately able to attend the Kriya Intensive programme in Bengaluru. Because of Mohanji’s grace, this programme was a wish fulfilling session of sorts! After returning from the programme, there was the Navratras (festival of 9 nights of the divine feminine) and I was able to keep up all the fasts during the period. I also became a vegan on Ashthami  (day 8 of the lunar calendar).  I was able to prepare myself and told myself that I would not consume dairy products, at least at home.

Mohanji Ahimsa

Mohanji explains compassion for the world around us through this story.

Mata’s kripa (grace of Mother Goddess), Mohanji’s grace and regular practice of Kriya have made my life a blessing!  Mohanji is full of love. He protects us at all times and is ever willing to help. Faith, patience and surrender to our Guru can work wonders in our lives.
